Chick-Fil-A Leader Academy
What is Chick-Fil-A Leader Academy?
Chick-fil-A Leader Academy™ is a national high school leadership program focused on IMPACT THROUGH ACTION. The world needs more leaders who impact their local communities, and we believe high school students are the answer!
What do students do in CFA Leader Academy?
Students in CFA collaborate and brainstorm with one another to choose a Do-Good-December Project. The project has three pieces; Do, Drive, and Deliver.
In the Spring, students collaborate and brainstorm with one another to choose an Impact Project. The project should impact a large number of people in the school and larger community.
2019 - Special Olympis - Students put on a pep rally to encourage our Special Olympians, they made goody bags for the athletes to have at the competition, and they attended the Olympics to assist the athletes.
2020 - Students created a community garden that our Life Skills Students will maintain. The garden is being built and prepared by CFA, ROTC, National Honor Society, and Student Council. The garden will provide food for our community.
How do I get involved?
Applications will open up in August or September. Thirty students will be selected to participate for the school year. In order to give everyone a chance to participate, students who have already been a CFA Leader are not eligible for a 2nd year.
