Ms. Lilian Lima

Hello!  My name is Lilian Lima and I have worked in the Social Work profession for over 22 years.  I graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University in 1998 and obtained my master’s degree in 2005. I got my clinical license in 2013 and my passion is to help and empower people to reach their potential.  Over the years, I have worked in different settings and with different populations, but nothing has been more gratifying to me than to work and serve families and children. 

My first language is Spanish. I was born and raised in Guatemala City.  I love spending time with my family and working on my garden.  I am into healthy / organic living and aging gracefully. 

As we go into a new academic year, I look forward to meeting you and being present with you in those challenging moments.  I also look forward to the happy tears and the goals, I know, you will reach. 

Come by my office and find out more about mental health and how to guard yourself against issues related to depression, anxiety and the like.  Times have changed and your mental health is just as critical as your physical health.  I will be glad to share some practical ideas to help you cope with today’s challenges.
