Mrs. Tania Kelley

Welcome and Hello!

Tania Kelley moved to San Antonio in 1990 and attended schools within Lackland ISD and Northside ISD, where she graduated from William H. Taft High School.  She then attended Northwest Vista College for her Associate's degree before earning her Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of the Incarnate Word. Her graduate work at Schreiner University focused on instructional leadership and literacy across contents.

Mrs. Kelley's career in education began in 2009 at Karen J. Wagner High School (JISD).  She also taught in Northside ISD at Sandra Day O'Connor and William J. Brennan High Schools.  Her classroom experiences include teaching various levels of English, Debate, Oral Interpretation, and Communication Applications.  She has also served as a campus UIL Coordinator, new teacher mentor, and level lead.

Mrs. Kelley joined Patriot Nation in 2020 as an Academic Trainer where her focus is supporting teachers through their planning and instruction. She also maintains the campus social media feeds (follow @SAVeteransHS on Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter)).

In her free time, Mrs. Kelley loves to travel, try new restaurants, and attend concerts.

Mrs. Kelley is excited to grow and learn with the faculty, staff, students, and parents as they embark on yet another unforgettable school year.

Hello Patriot Family,

My name is Marie E. Zuniga,and I am a graduate from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, and this will be my eighth year in education. I am originally from Brownsville,TX., where I worked as a Reading and ELAR teacher for the first 6 years of my teaching career.
